Vulnerability assessment software

@Daruk Did you get anywhere with this?

I had a quick play with Greenbone Vulnerability Manager on Kali at the weekend. It looks like it would work for my requirement but interested if anyone has a view on how it compares in relation to commercial products. Completeness and accuracy of the available vulnerability databases in particular.

I also came across Wazuh which looks quite interesting - Offers vulnerability detection, intrusion detection, file integrity monitoring and more.
