When I signed up for Fibre with Afrihost / Vuma I asked for the 10/2 deal and was told that 2Mbps is sufficient for uploads and the important one is 10 mbps download.
Now Vuma has decided to discontinue 2mbps and change the upload speed at a cost of R60.00.
I sent an email to HQ and asked why we must pay for the upgrade of a discontinued service.
The call I received in return from Vuma was asking me if I needed a Fibre installation, That's one way of avoiding a price hike question.
sadly I can't go over to Openserve as the fibre belongs to Vuma and so the rip off adds up...
