Vuma line issues

Got a line on Vuma via web africa, had no internet at the house for over a week and 0 luck with web africa at the moment, they just close my ticket and nothing has been resolved.

If there is anyone JHB side that can physically come and check my line please let me know, cost is not an issue.

You may need to change ISP to get this resolved.

got it resolved, changed ISP, then a tech got sent out.
