If I cancel my current line with Vumatel , would I then be able to apply for the 25Mbps promo deal? How long is the promotion expected to last?

No, it is only for new sign ups (People signing up for Fibre for the first time)

is the 25Mbps deal on Vuma on ISPs is for new connections only.
Which means either a new installation or reconnection after 30 days of no connection,

It’s a Vumatel promo, so all of them I guess.

You could also apply for a second line into your property, then cancel the first one, you will just have two ONT/CPE boxes
