Vumatel asleep at the wheel

After 15 days of having no internet I get told by my ISP that about 4 other houses in my area all using Vumatel went down with the same problem at the same time. According to the ISP we all use the same OLT which apparently is a mini exchange which is most likely faulty. 15 days with multiple customers down from more than one ISP and you idiots (Vumatel) keep making me go home and test if the issue is fixed after you re-provision the bloody line!!!!!!!!!! And this is after you have been told what the issue is numerous times by my ISP. You are beyond bad Vuma Team, you are just sad!
Sorry just needed to vent!
 
And the worse is when your ISP says that it is a best effort service and if the best they can offer is no service, sorry for you, but don't forget to pay your bill for no service.
 
I only have Vuma in my area (East London, Abbotsford), dont know what to do now.
Currently have 45Mb vdsl at R672p/m or try Afrihost special 25/25Mb Vuma fibre at R449p/m.

Telkom already issued letters saying adsl was going away, this year, some auto switch to Wifi bull.

If you are forced to do vuma choose the largest ISP you can because mine Axxess just cannot make vuma sit up and take notice. It is 17 days now without internet
