Yesterday evening I arrive home, look at the pole, all is in order. 10 minutes later my fibre goes down, I run to the front, and theres a britelink technician, after proceeding to lie to me 100 times over, he said he would put me back in. (keep in mind my fibre was down 3 days prior to this for 2 full days, and just before it went down after arriving home, it was running perfectly. He literally put a ladder up, and disconnected the whole complex. Visited a unit, and went home.

This is how he left the pole and box, in cloudy weather I might add.

They have absolutely no clue what they are doing and have become so use to lying to their clients that that is now there go to move.

These pictures clearly show how little they care for the infrastructure and how easily a technician will walk away from a site as the clock hits 5pm no matter how much work still needs to be completed.

Vuma! They lie to you, so the ISP's dont have to.

the Britelink technician probably dropped what he was doing and ran for cover because ti looked like rain.

all "pole climber technicians" have a rule - if it looks like rain or lightning then NOBODY climbs up a ladder.

the risk isn't worth it.
