Hi,
Just wanted to share my experience with them. I'm pretty frustrated with these guys because I constantly have to follow up with them and play middle man. I've been trying to get a fiber installation done for over a month now. I requested for a fiber line on Cool Ideas's website and got confirmation that someone will contact me. I waited 2 weeks and decided to phone them. Cool Ideas told me I need to call Vumatel to get more information, I called Vumatel then they told me the order is stuck with Cool Ideas..yey I then opened a ticket asking for someone to resolve this and finally a couple days later I got a schedule confirmation for Vumatel. According to their email the were supposed to come check my area in-case there's any issues so there's no hold up.
Two weeks later the guy came to my house and after looking around he said he can't do the installation because I need a separate Box outside. Apparently someone was already using that one and for some reason he can't split the line from there to my place. He said it's another department that does this and left.
Since then I've been struggling with both sides and one one can give me a definite answer as to when they will come and do the installation. Every time I call them they tell me someone will call me back that same day but they never do. Gosh this is such a drag.
