Anyone on CW & Vumatel having issues?

This morning no internet connecvity, CW support says Vuma did maintenance last night and to reboot.

Had to leave for work so left off all day and still no connectivity.

CW has issue with their phones (again) and no one answers on web chat support.

I'm with Cool Ideas and the Vumatel maintenance also affected me. The network came back around 6 AM as planned (the maintenance window was 3-6AM). Have had no problems since, so must be a CW thing.

Yup, Vumatel immediately says CW has issues so it must have been down all day.

No CW phone and chat help desk being answered.

Just recindered my cancellation due to on going DDOS issues.

What a mistake that was, cancellation notice in.

Yup rebooted a couple of times now. Get IP and DNS just browsing is dead

I asked as nefertiti had the same issue - rebooted and it came right within a few minutes.
