Vumatel Options (VOX vs VUMATEL vs CISP)

Currently with Cool Ideas but finding the performance of my 50mb line to be a bit sketchy. I know they had the DDOS attack recently, but also worried about whether they are just too small to be able to handle serious network traffic.

SO I am looking to move to either Vox or Afrihost. What is the general consensus of these 2 ? Any specific reason to go for one or the other ?

Another Vox vote or whatever we're calling it... Been with them, on Vumatel's network, for more than two years now and they've been excellent.

I'm confused. Two are ISP's and one is not?

I'm getting Vox fibre, seems like the best deal in terms of pricing and they are a large ISP.
