Since the merge of Vumatel with SADV ,
Myself as a client has had the worst experience and service from this providers. They have increased prices and have continued to allow the Connections to have breaks and drops in fiber .

With the current Climate we are facing with COVID , working from home and having a reliable source of WiFi is a necessity and way of life . Then to have huge Fiber networks such and Vumatel and SADV to not fix the problems they have and then on top of that to have no answers for customers is Disgusting, been a client of SADV I’m but forced to use this connection as it part of the package in the housing complex. Big plays in the industry such as SADV and Vumatel need to take responsibility for the way they are nonchalant behavior towards PAYING CLIENTS .
it’s truly disgraceful , if anyone wants to get in contact with me to find out how many tickets and complains I have logged and help me take this further please do . As these companies don’t care . I have received blanket emails and responses from them , as well as closed tickets when nothing is truly resolved .
