I can't connect to https://www.vwfs.co.za and have been trying since yesterday. There telephonic support don't believe me as they say they can connect. I phoned my local VW dealership in Port Elizabeth and they too can't connect. Phoned support again this morning. They say they can't escalate the call unless I can prove I can't connect.
I asked them to phone a VW dealership in PE to confirm but they say they can't do that. 
Can I ask a few people reading this to try and connect?
