VW Jetta VI 2011 - Bluetooth

I recently got a 2011 model Jetta highline. In addition to the radio having the interface to enable BT mode i can't seem to pair my phone to the car. Is this something that the dealership to enable? Do i need to pay extra for this?

It needs the bt module and mic to be installed and coded. Search Vwclub.co.za there are a few threads which should give you more info

The module cost about R3500 a couple of years ago. Not worth it in my opinion.
