Hoping someone can shed some light on some Questions I have?
Im Currently Looking for a Kombi/Transporter to convert into a Camper/Limo
My Idea is to put in a Corner Sofa, Mini Fridge, TV , Sound something simliar to this http://www.kustomkombi.com/projects/carDetails.php?sn=0017
I Just want to Find out the Legality with carring passengers in the back do you have to have seat belts or do you have to be seated in a line like a taxi or can you just sit anywhere in the back and its fine?
Also can you have passengers as above in a Panel Van with the same idea as its only got one window on the side and not all the way around like a normal Kombi is this fine or do you have to cut windows?
