VW Polo 1.9 tdi highline help

Hi guys, I’m new to the forum and need some advice.

I recently bought a 2007 1.9 tdi highline, it has been lowered, and i noticed yesterday morning that it was slanting to the right on the front and back side (as in it’s not level).
I checked the shocks and found that the right front has these yellow blocks between the spring coils (as per picture below). only the right side front tyre catches the arch when i go over bumps. do i need to replace the spring maybe? the right side seems alot lower than the left. TIA

Do you know how it was lowered? I suggest taking it to a suspension shop, get it up on a proper lift and have a look at mounts, bushes, shocks, springs, etc.

You can lower safely, I did on my 9n Polo Sportline using everything from VW approved Eibach springs and original shocks to a set of Koni adjustible coilovers. Unfortunately doing it properly costs money which most won't spend so there are a lot of botched jobs using cut springs out there which may be the case here.

I took it to a suspension shops, ran a test and the guy confirmed i need new springs on the right side but the other suspension components are still good. Im getting stock springs all round for now, maybe a 40mm drop later on when i move up to CPT.

The guy that i bought it from most likely had contacts in the traffic department to get it past the test XD
