VW Scirocco GTS

Anyone know why they decided to sell the new rocco with the same motor as the previous model?
 
While I've always loved the profile of this car, I don't like the "sqaured off" corners of the rear bumper in the facelift models. Just a bit too jarring for my taste.
 
Car is due for trade in will get this when it comes to SA.

Yep very happy with it, never given me a day of trouble. Never owned a golf so can't really compare. It was a choice between the BRZ or this, so i opted for this. Plus the DSG gearbox makes it a dream to drive.

Saw one in white. I kind of like the vents in the rear bumper that you dont get with the normal scorroscorro.
