I use it all the time. Works a charm on my uncapped. I hope to clock 600 gigs this month. I get consistent full speeds. Just be aware that not all VPN services work equally well. I tried 3 accounts with different results. It is quite easy to set up too in Windows 7. I just regret not discovering it earlier. I have been using it for a month now and I am extremely pleased with the results.
