I am looking for a gift for Mom this Christmas - she is currently on a partially broken 3GS and needs an upgrade.

I'm willing to pay R5,000 for anything new. I'll need to meet in person to see the merch (preferably in the Tokai/Bergvliet/Wynberg areas). Will also need proof of purchase.
