W910 help

Hi everyone...

just need some help if possible...

my w910 does not want to turn on and when i plug it into a charger the left soft key flashes red...then stops flashing...and the phone then is just dead...tried leaving it to charge for a while but still nothing....

anyone know what this means?

OBF? hope you returned it within 7 days of taking delivery

Have you removed the battery for a few minutes then put it back in and tried recharging?
