On the uncapped ADSL page there is a banner at the side with a button that says request a callback. I did it through the dialog that pops up when you click that.

Chatted to the guys and it seems as though some of the requests get marked as "spam" for some or other reason.

Okay it's set up now. Now I only have to wait a month
