Hey guys having a bit of an issue with my WA IS account. Basically I cant connect because it says the my connection limit has been reached. It shows 3 connections currently active. 2 of the connections are from line ports I know, and I also know that neither of those lines is connected. The third connection is from an unknown line port, but according to my connection history that line has never connected to my account?

Anyways, just wondering if it is possible that the server is not recognising that I disconnected my accounts and is so showing them as still active. Is that possible? Still puzzled as to the unknown third line port apparently connected though.

One other thing, while checking the WA page I notice that the Shaped IS account now says only 1 concurrent connection is allowed. When I signed up I am pretty sure it said 2. Does anyone know when this change was made and why? Checking some other ISP who resell the IS shaped accounts and they still offer 2 concurrent connections. Why the difference from WA?

Thanks.
p.s. I am currently dealing with WA support over the issue, as yet still not resolved but posted this to try see if what I am thinking is the issue is possible.

Wow, after trying to post that message 4 times on a IS account and getting timeouts I connect to a Telkom account and goes through first time. Really makes you wonder about the IS accounts if they cant even be used to post on a local forum!

Anyways, anyone who can help me, I would really appreciate it :).
