WA java chat app, has any one ever used this successfully? I have tried over many times and really don't feel like installing the app on my home PC. The live chat NEVER works and I have tried from many computers. I always get "you are x in the queue, bla bla bla" and after 5 min I get "We are unable to route your request at this time. To leave a message or request a call back click here." What is even better is you click the button for a message and you get

"Live Chat Not Available

Sorry we were not available to handle your request. Please try again later."

If it does not work, remove it, all it does is frustrate. I know I am not the only one to have issues with this system.

Hi there,

Firstly, apologies that you could not connect via the LiveChat java client.

We are aware that there are some problems with the use of this client and are re-assessing our use of this feature, and may indeed remove it, due to its unreliability.

Jabber-based clients still appear to be working well and may well be worth your while if you are a regular user of our support services.
