Have WA employed extra staff in support?
We all know that feeling of dread when we have to phone WA, but last night and again this evening my connection kept dropping and I had to phone them.
Both times Loyiso in support answered within seconds!!!!!! As luck would have it the line went dead tonight while we were chatting - SHE PHONED ME BACK.
Here's hoping they keep this service up, 'grats WA.
BTW I am not connected to any ISP. I am a customer
