WA what a joke

Hi All.

I thought i would just share this so the msg gets out.

I've been with WA for many many years, then i my line speed go so bad during office hours, i phoned them and due several customer support idiots / errors i decided to move my account.

Then i got home one Wednesday, my line is down, phone WA, JP tested if for me and told me the line was down on the Telkom side. He then logged a fault and gave me telkom fault number.

Yesterday i hear nothing from telkom or WA, I phone WA again and speak to Ricardo, he then send me a mail confirming that telkom is busy with my problem.

Today i phone telkom myself, guess what, they have no fault logged on my line. I phone WA and i get told some agent made an error and my fault was logged on a different user and line and telkom is not aware of my problem and a new fault will be logged and escalated.

WTF guys, 1st JP made a mistake then Ricardo lied to me stating that telkom is busy with it.

I'm leaving at the end on the month due to bad service, but this has become a joke, you guys need to do some serious soul searching or there wont be a WA anymore.
 
The message has been "out" a long long time already, you just failed to see what has been said many times over on this forum. It's called being a "fanboi" and once you see the light... well.... yea
 
I don't think Ricardo lied. You said the fault was logged to the wrong user so Telkom could have been busy with it but Ricardo probably did not see the wrong user details.
 
I also left them for bad service - I still think they owe me money but I'm not even going to try and claim it - Ill save myself the grey hair.

but when i phoned back today the support guy took 2 seconds to notice the fault info and line info was not for the same person.

As per my reply to your same post on our forums our team are in the process getting your fault resolved. Again, we must apologise for what has happened and I have sent this off to management to investigate as well.

It's a nice gesture, but I don't think a trial running only 5 days is really going to give an accurate indication of the service levels of an ISP.
