WA "Your services zone" problems

I am in the process of moving to WA due to the MyBB special.

An order number has been placed / issued with Telkom and when I go to the "Your services" I am told that my order has been suspended!! I know this is not the case and reported this last week, but it appears that no one is bothering to fix their systems. In fact I have even paid in advance!!

In addition the progress page does not seem to be up to date.

If this works, then this is a great page to have but there are problems that are not being fixed which is a pity as then it becomes misleading.
 
suspended i presume means that they are waiting for telkom to complete the installation before they let the package become active

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with us.

I have checked your account and found that your service status is on "Suspended - Pending External Setup"

This simply means that we are still waiting on Telkom to complete the transfer.

I have followed up with the DSL Complete department and I have asked them to update the package progress.

You should find now that 3 of the 4 steps are completed on the progress page.

The reason it was not updated yet was because the orders were still being filtered.

Please check the status on your side to ensure that all is in order.

Thanks for explanation - it is just a bit confusing when one says suspended, but all sorted, so great.
