I am in the process of moving to WA due to the MyBB special.
An order number has been placed / issued with Telkom and when I go to the "Your services" I am told that my order has been suspended!! I know this is not the case and reported this last week, but it appears that no one is bothering to fix their systems. In fact I have even paid in advance!!
In addition the progress page does not seem to be up to date.
If this works, then this is a great page to have but there are problems that are not being fixed which is a pity as then it becomes misleading.
