So I have Cod WAW and I'd like to join a game, now there is a join button how do I make it work?

That would work. Other option would be to add the IP addr of the server to you favorites in CoD.

That button seems like a link for HLSW. I have not tried this myself but I you need to download HLSW and it will work.

HLSW is a gaming client.
