I have done this more than whats fair in one humans life
I have moved.. so I have ordered an ADSL line..again.. and again.. Telkom is being Telkom.
Phoned them today to ask when they are going to put in the line.. because I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and I get this lame ass line:
" is that the process is in place, and when they are ready they will contact me to get an installation date"
I mean wtf? What process? Where in the process is it? Whats holding up the process? What needs to be done in the process?
Seriously.. surely the process involves getting on of their techies to my place and putting in the line? Im not out in the bundu.. Im in a decent suburb.. what the heck is taking so long?
I guess I am just impatient and frustrated... and knowing as much as I do about Telkom.... thats not helping.
