THERE is little more disconcerting for an executive than to see the share price of the company rise on news of your departure. That was what happened in the case of Telkom CEO Papi Molotsane’s “resignation” last week, giving credence to rumours that had been bouncing around the market for some time.

And remember when SAA brought in that american nobber (Tom Somethingortheother) who inflated SAA revenue by selling off all their assets (and collecting a monster performance bonus in the deal) Would have been pretty funny at the time if he hadn't been ripping off our tax money

i think there are plenty able SA execs who could fill the post but most would be unwilling due to all the political BS going on behind the scenes

Also first CEO of Telkom was Tom Barry.... now gone back to USA
