If only booze was too blame, but allas it struck its victim again and at least this doesn't happen too often, if ever at all, but it just sucks when you awoke and its a spin out there. Apparently its minor vertigo, had me almost vomit and pass out in same moment.

so who is having a spin with me ? :erm::rolleyes::erm::rolleyes:

It's been happening to my significant other over the last couple of weeks.
It seems like a pretty intense experience judging from her reactions!

The doctor diagnosed it as vertigo because of "water on the eardrum" which was causing the imbalance, and prescribed some anti-biotics and cortisone cream. (Which she failed to collect at the pharmacy. :erm: )
Apparently this is very common in older folk.

It was also linked to low blood pressure, which made things a bit more spinny!
For which Ginseng and liquorice supplements were opted for. Not sure if these are improving anything.

I'd say put one foot off the bed on the ground when you wake up, but apparently that doesn't help!
Good luck!

happens to me as well sometimes, but usually only when I Start my
day with a "3-2-1 Smokey Smurf Combo" for some reason though... strange?

- 3 shots Stroh 80
- 2 shots Sumbucca (blue)
- 1 shot Whiskey

1) Take ingredients and pour into used ashtray.
2) Snort it all up and enjoy.

(PS: can be mixed in a clean glass if you're not looking for that early morning nicotine boost)

Can also be high blood pressure.

Happens when I sleep on my back... the world starts to spin for me.

Bleh.

The world spun for me last night...But that's 'cos I was motherless at my favourite beach pub, listening to a trio of guitarists, with a bunch of friends...

No hangover this morning though...weird... :D

It is a lot less spinny today though it was bad yesterday; got some :) happy drugs :) for the symptoms and treatment, but what makes it worse is i've started to gym again 2 days prior and that left the body in a state of zomg the pain i can't move.
