I basically wanna decorate my room with LED fans mounted together next to each other like a LED fan wall.

Kinda like this but with 9-12 140mm fans.
But obviously each fan has it's own wire, best way to go about doing this? It's purely for aesthetics.

I can only imagine the noise generated by 12 x 140mm fans trying to suck air through a wall.

You would have to get a large piece of rigid sheet metal or wood to mount them on and cut holes for each fan, the reason for this is to get space between wall and fans. Second thing i would get is a fan controller to control volts for best rpm so they don't drive you up the walls from the noise.

Something like this for the power.
You can contact Mantech for a dial type switch too for fan speed control.

Edit: If you want to get fancy mount the setup on one of those monitor mounts with the pull out arm so you can tilt and turn then fan wall and use it as a actual fan.

Yeah that sounds pretty ghetto, I'm beginning to think this won't be as easy as I thought.

This took me 2 minutes. I'll show it to my dad and see what he thinks.

I must daisy chain all the wires though through a fan controller like suggested prior.

I would replace the wood/metal with perspex, i'll ask someone to custom lasercut it for me. Cheap and look proffesional, I also like the arm idea to make it usefull as well.

Back when I was a pc repair tech, I took 4 black PSU fans, and cabletied them together, the space between the fans worked as trunking for the wiring, 4x were enough infront of window to suck air in

Remember that even if you are mounting your fans on wood or perspex or whatever you still need a gap at the back for air to flow or you will just burn out the fans. Insufficient airflow will cause the fans to have to work so much harder to turn.

Perfect solution, I think when I start on my man cave this idea is going on the wish list.

P.S Black perspex... #Justsaying
