Wall plate AV keystones

So I'm having some renovations done to my home which will include additional trunking in the walls.

I'm looking for wall plates with specific sockets to handle my AV needs but for the love of all that is holy, I cannot find suitable options locally. I've found Monoprice to stock what I want, but they don't seem to ship to SA. E-Bay has some options but compatibility between components can't be guaranteed and some of the bits have super expensive shipping.

What I need:
Banana jack in black and red
Cat5e/Cat6 RJ-45
F-type jack
RJ-11
And lastly appropriate wallplates in various sizes.

Can anyone suggest a place I can find this stuff at?

Have you tried Elektrahertz or Voltex. Have bought RJ11 and RJ45 from them before.

you can get the RJ11 and cat 5 from Scoop, and some of the face plates, not sure about the others.

Scoop seems to have some of what I need. To be honest, those are the easiest to find. The audio stuff seems to be the most challenging to track down.
