I've come across and been using these apps for quite some time and I love them.

Apps
Camera >>>> Camera360 [Asome picture quality and a large number of effects to choose from and additional settings]- I prefer this to my standard camera

Music >>>> Apollo [Easy to use and one can custom the theme color or download more skins, some are free, one can move a playlist to your home screen for easier access.]

>>>> N7 Player [Awesome interface, quite unique, easier to navigate through artists/playlists and albums, has its own equalizer]

>>>> TuneIn Pro [This app allows one to listen to any radio station world wide and record it,easy to switch through and search stations, bookmark and save a fav
station and even share what you're listening to on social networks] TuneIn (not Pro) version does not allow for recording.

Utility Manager

>>>> AndroZip Pro [Easy to use interface,Very handy when downloading apps from the market and converting it into an apk,or even making backups of your fav apps on
your device, even apps and settings that are built into the phone]Very useful when wanting to share apps as well.] AndroidZip [not Pro] works just
the same.

Timely, an awesome alarm clock / stop watch / timer App.

Screen Filter, to dim your screen. Probably one of my most used apps - at night.

Nova Launcher, because I hate Touch Wizz :P

Google Keyboard, because I hate the stock Samsung KB as well as SwiftKey. Unfortunately I couldn't install it via the play store. Had to find an APK.

FasterGPS, apparently it helps with locking faster. I haven't tried it but I've installed and set it up.

ClockSync, pretty much what it does is in the name.

Candy Crush Saga, I know - LAME. But I do like the occasional game on my phone when I end up in long queues for whatever reason. The only annoying thing is when you die too many times and you have to wait till you get more lives :/

Android Weather. I love their clock app.
