Old news really. The Prisons have recently started rolling out a new IT system to record all the prisoners data and fingerprints.

A huge amount of our wanted criminals are in jail already

He says the following:

This pest control guy from Durban gets called to a house for a Rat problem.
Owner of the house: So how do you kill these rats ?
Pest Control: Looks like u don't under stand the Pest control Business Larney,
You catch the rats and when Business is bad you release them again, Come to think of it I think the police copied our idea !
