No problem. I cant think of anyone I know wanting to get rid of theirs at the moment. If I come across one I will let you know :)

I've already bought two 3TB drives...now just need the server to stick them in to! Eish...really hope someone sells theirs soon! :)

I dont think TakeAlot will be receiving more stock as the product is now apparently EOL :)

You never know - but a valid point :) Esquire still sells them that I know.

Anyhoo - let's not loose focus here - I need a Microserver N40L or N54L PLEASE!

Take deep breaths...relax...your eyes are getting heavy - you are now asleep - but with your eyes open so you can still read this - you want to sell your Microserver to me - PM now...LOL

May I make a suggestion; try get a secondhand PC instead of a microserver. They have been officially discontinued and I doubt anyone is going to be selling theirs anytime soon :(

Z :)

Hey Z - thanks for the suggestion. The HP Microserver Gen7 has been discontinued and the Gen8 has been introduced. I am hoping someone wants to upgrade and sell their Gen7 one.

If I go the PC route I will be limited by hard drive capacity and no RAID. Also the Microserver runs with a small 150w PSU, most PC's run with something bigger. And the of course the Microserver is well...micro small :) I just got rid of my HP Storage server - 12 x SATA bays with dual 750W PSU's. I am looking on saving space and power :)

I am sure I'll find one :)
