You don't need proof of residence. Just ask the people at Clicks for a sim card and they give you one.

Still better then the speed im getting during the day, I barely break 1mb/s. I miss the days when I could still have like 20mbps during the day

which lte band are you using b3 or b38/41? Usually b38/41 has better speed

VPN seems to be the only way to make it decent, using Proton VPN speeds are stable.
