i know sentech is a rip off, but i am still waiting for telkom to upgrade my phone line to adsl.

Search Bidorbuy they usually have second hand sentech, iburst, adsl modems on sale. The location doesn't really matter since you can always get it posted to you.

I have one to sell but am in Pta, if you're willing to pay for shipping on top I'd let it go for that. It's one of the early 'original' ones, can send you photo if you're interested. Will throw in Ethernet cable as well.
