Wanted: Video capture dongle

Item wanted: USB video capture device similar to photo below. Must be working.

Is packaging essential?: No.

Desired age and condition: Age doesn't matter as long as it works. Need to transfer old family videos from VHS to DVD. So this is the link from video machine to PC.

Location: Greater Durban area (anywhere between Toti and Stanger and as far inland as PMB). I'll come fetch.

Willing to accept a shipped item: No

It's not an expensive item, so for used I'll give you R150 for beer money.

You can still get the Chinese clones of the Easycap at china mall (the springfield one in durban), they do work and for composite its probably the best quality you can get without getting a good linedoublers/upscalers to hdmi and using a hdmi capture card ...

I can't remember but should be about R150-250 there about

I've got one of the clones. They're not the best, but they do the job. Just some advice... Capture the audio from the Line In of your PC's sound card rather than using the audio in on the capture device, the sound quality on those clones are very poor.
