Hello everyone

I'm new here and new to voip. I look forward to exchanging PC ideas and related issues.

I'm interested in controling my incoming calls from my home phone with my PC and broadband. Such as blocking calls, etc. Can I do this? Is there some sort of software that I can use to do this?

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
VOIP infant:o

one word my friend: Asterisk. Asterisk will take care off all your PBX and call handling needs. Go check www.trixbox.com. Download the iso, burn to cd, install on a pc DEDICATED to asterisk (i.e. backup all your data). and presto ure up and running! then go watch the video tutorial on the website to get ure system up and fully functional.
