Why not buy lactose free yogurt?I think I have built up a lactose intolerance or allergy and am thinking about switching to soya but.... no local shop stocks either the right protein or yogurt for a starter.
What online stores are good options?

Thought about it but I despise coconut and rice milk.Try making coconut yoghurt.
There is always craftyLiving in a small town my options are severely limited....
I have been using spar plain full cream yogurt as starters.
They do stock lactose free milk but no lactose free yogurt.
I can try to get them to special order something but that gets expensive real fast.
I have never seen the Kulture brand.

The comments don't inspire much confidence.....
The odd thing about that.... no one can seem to agree on anything. I looked around, it's all just voices trying to shout each other down.Soya might not be good for your pee pee( I'm assuming you are male). There are other lactose free sources of calcium like, nuts, figs, leafy greens, etc.
Well it's up to you. That's the thing with diets, what works for you may not work for me. Give it a trial run, if your willy stops working then you will know for sure. The odd thing about that.... no one can seem to agree on anything. The one interesting thing I noted though is the people defending it always subtly add "non-gmo" which strongly indicates that gmo soya specifically is unhealthy but no one wants to come out and say it.
I was on soya for years at one point..... no lasting effects.Well it's up to you. That's the thing with diets, what works for you may not work for me. Give it a trial run, if your willy stops working then you will know for sure.
Post your findings.
I don't think you mean that.TBH though at this point my willy stopping to work would be a blessing.... it gets all exited but has nowhere to go![]()
No I do it's extremely irritating.I don't think you mean that.
I basically want to cut out all dairy for a few months and see what happens..... but I still need a healthy calcium intake.
