wap browsing on PC?

just wondering is there a app that will let one browse wap just like one would on a cellphone i tried winwap but it didnt seem to like the url for some reason

thanks alot winwap WinWAP for Windows v4.0.0.27 RC1 is sooooo sweettttttt this version works with the site i tried with the previous version
