war craft 3 battlenet

i use the telkom 4 port router
and telkom ISP
when ever i try connect to battlenet server in warcraft it tells me i am not connected to the internet
please help

It could be because Telkom's ADSL is port-shaped, meaning that Warcraft 3 is trying to connect using a specific port number that Telkom does not allow. I could be wrong though, so its better to send a message to Blizzard asking them as well, and then to Telkom.

I doubt it's Telkom blocking that port, I can connect fine. You need to allow port 6112 (default for war3) in on your router/modem/firewall etc.

No idea how those Telkom routers work, I have a Netgear one. Search the forums for threads on port-forwarding, there are plenty.
