Tonight an issue with our account system occured that prevents new and renewed accounts to get access to our game servers even when all data were correct. We are working on this issue and will update you with the progress.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Update at 12:00 CET: We discovered a technical problem concerning the link between the game servers and the billing platform that was causing an issue with renewed accounts being unable to access the game. This problem has now been resolved and you should now be able to access the game as normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will add one day of free game time to any account that was affected by this issue.
