Warcraft 3 strategies

not sure if I should post this in the Wow section but I need some kind of full proof method to beat someone (who uses elves) with humans; he does a mass archer and giants manoeuver, using human I can build faster then him... its just I have no particular direction.

any ideas? Feel free to suggest any other races against elves. I can really only play with undead so i'm trying to spread out here.

Well haven't played this in forever but I would say get quite a few footmen, upgrade their armour quite a bit then use that block stance and send them in first so they tank the arrows, then get some knights and run around past the giants and go straight for their archers because from what I remember they attack fast and do all the damage, then also some of those flying things that throw hammers (can't remember their names lol) because they do a lot of damage Basically I would just kill his archers first because the giants are just there to tank

my point exactly... I haven't played since i got a computer good enough to play something else

i forgot about the block stance... what hero should I use? he uses that blink chick and she does quite a lot of damage to my foot soldiers with that spinning arrow thing

the giants use that dam "attack me" move but that's my noobness fault that I cant beat that.

Depends on what ver you playing. e.g. Night elf huntress units either rule or blow depending on what ver it is due to nerfing.

A balanced strat always wins imo. You want a mix of tanks, ranged & spells.

Human work well if you are going against strong units. The spell that turns units into sheep pwns. Usually opp doesn't have any counter spell & removing say 5 strong units like tauren can guarantee victory.
