Warcraft3 expansion

I`ve got a crap copy of warcraft 3 the reign of chaos where i just had to copy the game from the CD and paste it on my HDD . Now i wanted to play the game online so i bought the expansion and when i try to install it it says first install warcraft3 .What must I do ?

Ur gonna have to get war3 somewhere else. Seeing that you have the original I would try some ftps or torrent sites. I just copied some1 elses whole war3 dir which was much easier for me than downloading patches and maps.

BTW I have original copies of both warcraft 3 and the expansion if anyone wants to flame me

U must get a copy of warcraft 3 and install the game.The problem with just copying over is it doesn't cr8 the register entry's u need to install the expansion set.
