Warning ACS Server is configuring your Router

I'm trying to install the Billion 400G Router from Telkom. I went to the website
to upgrade the firmware. It started tell me will take 3 minutes. After 5 minutes I'm getting the above message keeps on for more than 15 Minutes.
Installing from the CD and it is testing the Hardware all ok except not for Windows 7. I only want the router to be in Bridge mode but no Luck.
So what is the ACS Server? at the bottom it says Telkom. ADSL Helpline tells me it will work on W7. So I put my old POTS Router on with a switch to have the other Pc's connected and can just dial up any ISP I want. No setup reqired. Anybody out who could assist?

Access Control Server (ACS) is the first part of the Router, the Billion routers seem to lose connection and shows this message too often. after waiting 10 secs and hitting the refresh key "f5" it should go away and allow you to continue what you were doing.

Billion 400g

Seems to me, that I can't get it right. Now I've got my LAN Local & Internet.
I only wanted the setup so that I'll dial up any ISP . It says bridge but after giving my logon details username PW I'm connected. So got to wait till Monday yo get help from the Billion website. The sharing windows shows
Telkom as local only but my LAN shows local & internet. The globe is grey.
so I'm connected all the time.

In order to bypass the "Warning ACS Server is configuring your Router "Telnet to the router and type the followinfg command: webserver logout.
The billion 400g easy setup software is not compatible to win7, you need to logon to the router manually using http://10.0.0.2 and configure your settings manually.

I set the biilion 400g up manually, using 10.0.0.2 okay but everything seemed to be working. I can dial up from 3 different PC's. But this morning connecting to SAIX News it started downloading but after so 10 minutes the Internet LED is going red. Also flashing green sometimes and sometimes steady green
So I put my old Telkom Pots single Marcony router on and added again a switch. That so far works the best no flashing just downloading. I don't know
if I have to setup the billion in pure bridge or leave it in multisession. I would have liked only one box and not the old pots router + switch. Will try again later if the downloads are finished.
