I've had some chop misinterpret that too. A simple thanks then results in the oke brake-checking me :(
 
I had a guy come out of a parking lot and cut me off, there was a stop he never used, I hooted , the ass then slows to a crawl for the next 2km?

you would think he knew he was in the wrong, his wife and kids where also in the car with him.

I always thought that it was a by-law (policing) in regard with improper or indecent behaviour.

Also did a quick search and discovered this within the Tshwane policing by-laws.

Code: 90854
Section: 14(1)
Description: Incite / perform an indecent act / act improperly / improper gestures
Approved Fine: R 500

I’m also very sure that this also is applicable in the Western Cape. The ripper guy though is a douche though and he must pay all damages, not only those physically caused.

I thought you said there was woman in both cars? . He should lay a charge of assault and attempted serious bodily harm.

My brother in law was driving in traffic and the bus was in front of him straddling two lanes. He hooted and overtook and then gestured to ask the guy what he was doing. The guy flipped his lid, pulled up onto the verge and after driving up next to them got out and tried to open the drivers door of my brother in laws car while screaming and swearing. When that failed he smashed in their windscreen using his fist. Anyways, just be careful out there. Some people are sick in the head. Charges have been laid at the police station against the guy for assault and damage to property so hopefully the police can do something based on the fact that they have the guys license number and description.

I might know a guy who knows a guy who can get his info, send me a PM with proof of police case against the guy, and ill see if i can get some of his details.
