Waroir lvling?

Damn, being a Warrior in outlands is hard work :D

I have Tanked a few Ramparts and now Blood Furnace. Since then every group I have tank'd for will /w me the second I log on and ask me to tank an instance, I get random /w for an invite to a Guild for Raiding (They want me now but will raid at lvl 70) I have never had this much attention on my Rogue :eek:

I guess the shortage of Protection spec warriors is rather huge on Burning Blade.

ps. Yesterday on one quest I pulled 4 Mobs of lvl 62 by accident. I killed them and walked away all on my lonesome :eek: I love Protection spec. Takes little longer to kill mobs but there is no Downtime (If I have bandages) So to me it's all worth it :)

In all fairness, i'm loving how hard Brutallis is... 6min enrage timer, 10mil hp to burn through and 'love taps' the tank for 7000-9000 per hit :) Can't wait till we start wiping on him :rolleyes:

Same thing happen too me at those lvls in outlands as feral i just have to enter lfg before i fulled in all 3 dungeons i get wispers to tank.
People get to know you as good tank.But tanking for some groups suck.

Tanking stays fun you take lead its like some un writen rule you mark say what gets cced what gets killed first second last.
I ussually get them to cc caster mobs then tank mellee mobs first cause druid tank got no spell reflect vs casters.

I was asked yester day to get out my s1 pvp gear from guild bank and be Off tank in Kara even thougth i was the top dpser as moonkin :) believe it or not.

I'm letting my rogue rest while I'm lvl'ng my Ally alts. Was great funn in STV yesterday on my Mage now respec'd to Frost.
 
'Panzerkin' (tanking moonkin, basically just deep balance with some feral and pvp gear to be uncrittable) make pretty damn fine offtanks for trash actually, and are a crapton of fun to play. They may not be able to maintank much stuff beyond KZ, but the ability to tank most trash and still be decent caster dps is pretty unique to the class and spec.

SPEC IMPROVED BLIZZARD AND FROST BITE GO AOE GRINDING FTW.
Nothing like killing 11 mobs at the smae time just make sure they are mellee mobs.

Yeah bit i rather wear cloth watch my agro and show all those locks rogues and mages what a moonkin can do. :)

Only cos I wasn't there :p

But to be honest, overall Damage in Kara is not a good measure. Melee needs to run and kill mobs. Casters just stand still and nuke away. You need to measure it on Boss fights ;)

Yea same here... cant wait for that boss... Kalecos is on 35 % most of the times on our attempts so he should fall tonight hopefully...

Got a Uber nice hunter polearm last night from sunwell, managed to push my raw white paper dps up to 470 dps unbuffed (520 dps raid buffed with proper group setup) and with my pets dps which I can get up to around 360 dps raid buffed, I should be dishing out fat damage figures on the Brutus encounter soon.

Thats gonna be one hell of a encounter. My favourite fights... sustained single target nuking fights, what hunter dreams are made of hehehe !

Yup.. for sure :)

I am in my sweet spot now of 150 haste (10% attack speed increase) + the 20% serpents swiftness which means I am shooting @ around 1.9 sec's, not even calculating my drums +80 haste effect into that yet, or any rapid fire buffs.

Only thing I need now is a specific stupid ring Illidan keeps dropping for us, but every week some rogue's get it... With my luck, we will never see it dropping now !!! Grrrrr My HR needs serious boost. Either that or I need to eat HR food.
 
Pornolio, will you be getting the Badges xbow? (yummy 2.8 speed apparently parrs it with Archi's bow)
 
Naaah I have the archi bow now... and I am VERY happy with it... Really crits for insane amounts of damage. In AB the other day I managed with that berzerker buff thing, + all trinkets + racial popped, to do a 12K aimed shot on a shadow priest. I dont really like bows faster than 3.0 on our latency. Also with a haste loaded BM hunter, the chances of you clipping your shots increases dangerously the lower you get your attack speed. I like slow HIGH damage bows. Slower the bow, the more Haste you can add without worrying about the dangerous 1.8 sec's threshold.

If the Black bow of the betrayer drops I am next inline for it, but I cant see us doing BT for much longer tbh. I have a feeling we will be focussing all our attention on the sunwell now, and there is a even better bow dropping there.

There is 3 drops I am really praying for in BT, but they only drop from Illidari council + Illidan, other than that, there is no tier 6 items left for me in BT, so I wont mind if we focus fully on Sunwell.
 
Ahh, our BM hunters are passing the Archi bow to our MM (yes he specced BM for Kael, then specced back >.>) and SV hunters

470 dps unbuffed :eek: and I was so proud of my 401 dps unbuffed I finaly manage to obtain! Still have a long way to go to talk in these circles!

I will surely get the new Badge bow, as the bows you guys are refering too is still only a drawing on paper for me.
 
Naaah you will be surprised... since you guys are already in MH, I wouldn't be surprised if you clear it very very soon. MH is not like SSC / TK where you sit stuck for ages learning boss phase changes / aggro resets and massively hardcore tactics. Actually all of the bosses in MH do not require hardcore tactics. They are pretty straight forward. We spent more time on learning Hydross / morogrim back in the days, than the entire MH learning phase !

Before you know it you will see archi down, so that bow is a lot closer than you think :)

Save those badges... sunwel badge vendor is opening up soon ! :p

@optioncarduser - Damn !!! you HAD to link that bow eh ??? Gief Sunwel raid NOW !!!
