Warranty question

Say for example I was to buy a Corsair power supply in America. A year later it blows but luckily for me it has a 5 year warranty.

Now will I be able to take it to a computer store here in Cape Town and get it replaced as long as I have the proof of purchase?

I don't think so. You might have to ship it off to the US of A.

Are there Corsair agents in SA? You coult try to ask nicely at your local store if you know the okes. Otherwise, ja. Back to the US.

I doubt any supplier would honour a warranty, nevermind the local store, that did not come through them. Happy shipping.
