Unless the Cell phone operators themselves insist that WASPA be discarded (as it has also brought them into disrepute according to the latest news reports which accuse them of being in cahoots with WASPA), they are only re-enforcing this idea.

+1 to every word stated in the quote above. My opinion is generated from my personal experience with the WASPA which is actually a self regulating body chosen from the companies it "polices". The biggest joke of the century it certainly is.

After finding clear mistakes in an adjudication process, they rectified some of them, but chose to read the "shut your mouth and consider going elsewhere for relief" act to get rid of me, when it came to my exposition of the blatant lies in the wasp's replies to my complaint.

MTN and the WASPS can be assured that their short sighted decision to relieve me of my wealth will eventually work against them and cause them more difficulties in their ill conceived endeavors. When contract expires, So will future subscription or any future dealings. Corporate greed and illegal manipulation of the loopholes in the system is the cause here. Very hard to challenge and can only be eradicated when the complainant list suddenly increases.
