When I look at translation of wasp and Hornet both are called perdebye I know a red perdeby but what are the bigger black one with the yellow feathers or whatever you called it

That yellow and black (yellow jacket wasp) is an invader so may not have a good historic translation. Maybe that's the "sosiale perdeby"

Stellenbosch university does a lot of research on them so may have some articles to guide you (qualify google search with site:sun.ac.za).

Oriole?

Wasps don't have feathers.
