I've been waiting for a call centre agent for 20 minutes now, listening to your crappy music and being told to stay on the line. I guess all the people fired were call centre agents as there doesn't seem to be any left. This is unacceptable CellC.
My real problem is that I am unable to subscribe to the R37 blackberry service. I just keep getting an error using *147# AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE CALL CENTRE

I gave up after 40 minutes...
Seriously CellC, how can you consider it ok to keep someone waiting for 40 minutes + for a call centre agent?
And what choice do I have now except to go to another network? I have a blackberry and can't subscribe to the blackberry service and can't get to talk to anyone to get it sorted out? So what can I do?
